Service intervals

Hey all,

I picked up my 03 plate Z4 3.0i last May, looking through the service history it seems they did it every year in january. I have driven about 3000 miles since I got it, it is showing Inspection 6900 when I turn it on. Should I continue to get it serviced once a year despite doing less miles than the previous owner?

Any advice appreciated.

you will get conflicting answers on here, but the service book will state a mileage (approx 13-18m) or 2 years max. Brake fluid need to be done every 2 years also. So depending when that was done you could leave for a year. I'm only doing 6k a year now so my service gets done every 2 years.
