I thought the same about phoenix yellow - until you see it in the flesh

on screen or in the flesh it's a hideous colour. in my opinion if course. you like it? you go for it!

If you go on Google Earth - put the dealers post code in, PR15EB, you get a full view of the dealers premises. First impressions do it for me when buying a car and this dealer is not for me.

good answer but the mileage is tempting

actually it isn't as the Inspection 1 is coming up (If servicing has been done properly of course).

I'd look for something in the 25k-30k mileage. Next service would be the oil in around 10k-15k, which is cheap anyways.
