Today, I replaced my intake boot (Real OEM #5 http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?model=BT53&mospid=47799&btnr=13_0995&hg=13&fg=15)
and added some coolant. When I started the car the "Service Engine Soon" light came on.
When I removed the intake boot, I unplugged the harness from the air intake. Should I have unplugged the battery first? Do I need to reset the computer? How do I do that?
