I'm sure that's a popular opinion amongst owner's, ,but Im not sure it's true in the real world or actually sale prices. These sort of forums are always full of optimists posts regarding prices constantly.
Its not just limited this forum, every fan boy forum you view prices are going up, the E36 M3 has been gain value for about 8 years and can still be had for about 4k,lol
Think the best you can hope for is a floor which cars won't become cheaper than , looks about 12k at the moment
