That's the way they've been heading... A few months ago that car would have been £17,995, £18,995 being cheeky. Now dealers are hitting the 20k mark without thinking twice.

I'm sure that's a popular opinion amongst owner's, ,but Im not sure it's true in the real world or actually sale prices. These sort of forums are always full of optimists posts regarding prices constantly.

Its not just limited this forum, every fan boy forum you view prices are going up, the E36 M3 has been gain value for about 8 years and can still be had for about 4k,lol
Think the best you can hope for is a floor which cars won't become cheaper than , looks about 12k at the moment

Not normally. I think people on here are normally telling people their cars are too expensive!

What's flimper spec ?

Flimper has a Z4MC with no sat nav. The lack of sat nav rapidly became known as "flimper spec".

These days any car with no nav and poor spec gets called flimper spec, which is a discredit to flimper, as his car actually has upgraded hifi among other options.... :lol:

Not sure you're spot on, a lot of sale prices are higher than they were say a year or two ago. The difference is whether it will stay that way or start to stabilise again soon. Magazine articles like last month's BMWcar magazine which quoted Z4MC "The last emperor, get one now before it's too late" don't help prospective buyers.
