I have just watched the Senna DVD which I had for Christmas, all I can say is if you can get a hold of it then do, you will be moved .

Great DVD. Shame there was no commentary from Murray Walker

BBC did a good documentary too. You can still watch online

I got it for Xmas, watched the extended version. It was very moving but unfortunately the very poor editing almost ruined it for me.

We saw it in the cinema and then again when a mate got it as a present (from a son who I suspect wanted to see it himself!). It was very strange in the cinema - you watch endless numbers of people "die" on the big screen and think nothing of it. When you know what's coming and you know it's absolutely real you're glued to the screen and yet desperate to claw your sight away from it. As said above, it's quite moving.
You never know how things could have gone, but you watch that Monaco race and just wish the stewards hadn't agreed with Prost and had let the race run it's course!

One of the best films I have seen. I'm 27 and an F1 fan and hadn't got a clue about what went on. Watch it!

Just bought and watched it myself - I loved the access to the old driver conference meetings, and didn't understood the 'french' politics at the time, but now have more respect for Senna (and a little less for Prost - but maybe that's just the story the editor wanted to show)

If you liked this, and have a bit of an interest in bikes then can I suggest "TT - Closer to the edge" DVD, just watched the pair of them and the TT one edges it. If you liked the in-car footage, then try hammering through IOM villages at 180 :!:
