Congratulations Rob - I'm sure you won't regret it! 
I really like the West Country - the nearest I ever got was a year and a bit in Stroud! My employer gave me a company relocation, then went bust!
I've now lived in 9 different houses since I left the parental home so moving doesn't really bother me - in fact I'll probably be looking to do the same in a year or two. The only tricky part is deciding where to go - all my previous moves have been work related (apart from the last downsize when Mrs Tidy and I decided we needed different addresses). :roll:
BTW Smartbear Towers really does look great.
