I want to sell my Evo VI and buy a Z4M roadster. Thought I might post up here in case anyone wants to swap + cash! :)

The Evo is a truly awesome car in every way, but strangely I find it too efficient... I want back in something RWD.

It's a 1999 car and an import, mileage approx 55-60k currently. It had about 80,000 km when the clocks were changed over recently, and the new clocks were fitted approx 5-10k miles ago. I should have the paperwork for all of this somewhere in the Huge Folder, will look it out. I've got the old clocks too, FWIW!

Spec includes:

• HKS induction kit incl filter and intake pipe
• HKS 3" downpipe
• HKS 3" super silentpower exhaust
• Forge motorsport actuator
• Forge motorsport dump valve
• Whiteline rear anti-roll bar
• Powerflex polybushed rear suspension
• B-pillar brace
• Ecutek remap to approx 350 at the flywheel
• Uprated clutch and race flywheel (cost £1k trade, fitted 12 months ago)
• Uprated oil cooler
• Redline oil in diffs, gearbox, ayc etc
• Knocklink knock sensor control
• Apexi AVCR boost controller (currently running 1.4 bar)
• Turbo timer
• Black alloys
• HID headlights
• Recaros
• New fuel filler pipe (very common to go and costs £450 fitted!)
• New front helical diff
• New Goodridge brake lines with stainless fittings
• Plus quite a lot of £££ of Alpine sound system (head unit, amp, massive sub taking up most of the boot...)

Tax to end-Feb, MOT to end-Nov.

The timing belt slipped last year necessitating an engine inspection and top-end rebuild, after which the car was remapped. The top-end was put back together with ARP head studs, triple-layer metal head gasket, and the full Mitsubishi timing and balance belt kit. She's running sweet as now. I know the previous owner and the garage and tuner that did the work on this, happy to talk it through with potential buyers if you're interested.

Bodywork is in good shape. Dentman removed all age-related/parking dents a few months ago. Slight stonechipping to front end, slight paint flaking from front splitter, and there's a scrape on a corner of the rear bumper where previous owner wasn't too careful parking once. Otherwise in really nice condition. Brand new windscreen too (replaced in November) which makes a surprisingly big difference!

Also has a "nice" numberplate (not private but fits well with the car... :) )

£8350 as she stands. Includes a second set of wheels with part-worn R888s for track use. Or £7600 without the spare wheels and stereo kit. Near offers welcome, but no P/x or test pilots please. Would be happy to discuss possible part-exchange against a Z4M roadster, as I said.

Both I and the car are located in Herts :)
