Not if there isn't a cutout on the trim. The piece is symmetrical so fits straight in either way. The cutout is the real drawback, if it has one. Though this doesn't have to be a great deal. On mine I have no Sport button cutout on the drivers side but I have a passengers airbag light (which does nothing) on the passenger side. Something like this would be easy enough to do so as to not look out of place.
It was raised to me the possibility that this particular advert may not be exactly what is seems, I don't know if there are any legs in that at all but isn't it Forum policy to have any dealings done in here and not to the OP's external email address?
Still hoping for the OP to clarify the appearance and non- appearance of the hole cutout.
Just spotted at the top of the first pic a potential other part so maybe they have more than 1 set
Ah you are right there are definitely two centre console pieces there
) I have real concerns about the legitimacy of this advert. I think it would be good if Admin weighs in. For me, there's some red flags here. 1) New Member & 1st ever post is a sale post. 2) Asking to be emailed instead of keeping the sale in here. 3) No other posts other than this thread. 4) This is a big one for me - The item "stickers" with the part number on etc, they're not genuine. The BMW Logo is fuzzy. Number 1 thing when looking at counterfeit items / fakes is print quality of labels and stickers. That's not to say that the item isn't made of carbon etc, simply that it's not "Original BMW" as claimed - eg, it's been modified by a 3rd party and then OEM Part label printed & stuck on...
