Selling Car Brochures

Having a bit of a clearout last weekend I found a 2006 Mazda MX-5 brochure that I picked up. It's been sitting in a draw since then so quick look on ebay abd the cheapest one is up for £6 plus postage. Popped mine up for £5 and within a week it's sold. :D

I have two huge boxes of these in the loft from the 80's. Question is do I sell them now i will they go up in value.

I have about a meter high worth of Ferraris, Lambo, BMW etc from my collector years in NL about 30 years ago ... My parents always threaten to throw them unless I take them "soon" :lol:
 
Get them quick.

Just did a search on Fiat 127 brochures as someone gave me a 1978 one when I had a 127 (first car), but there is hundreds of the things. Thought they would be rare.

Now if they were Razzle or Parade from 30 yrs ago then you'd have a stampede on your hands :oops: :D
I have some vintage french porn magazines from the 70s that i found tucked away in the roof rafters of a barn we bought 15 years ago , they're being kept for historical purpose :oops:
 
Is keep them if they're not in the way, they're not making anymore! I've got loads of Porsche literature, even a lovely old late 70's poster of the model line up and various Hardback sales books, 911, GT3 etc I've often thought about selling them but you know some days I love looking through them in the office with a glass of red :drinkwine:
 
Please let's be mature about this. The correct term would be racey literature! :poke: thankfully in my day in age we could just clear our history. I feel for you old timers. :lol:
 
Reminds me of when I sold my vinyl LP collection on eBay a few years ago. Some rare items and first editions went well, I think £60 was the highest I got for one LP (early edition of Jimi Hendrix' Electric Lady Land - with the naked ladies cover) and a lot went for about £30 each. I found it was important to identify the valuable ones and put them up for individual sale rather than part of a collection.
