Sorry I didn't read your post correctly, i can be such a doughnut sometimes:D
Why does your wife hate it? On this forum there is a solution for nearly every niggle. If you try a few things and it still isn't working out, you can always get rid of it *.

* your wife, I mean.

Getting rid of ones wife can sometimes be, a tad expensive!!
Beeeeen there; done that and have the expensive T shirt.. My ex wife, cost me £230,000 to get rid of..
Some might say, that happiness is priceless however..

Beware, all those who think, that getting rid of their wife might be cheaper than selling their Z4.. :!: :? :!:

OP: Good luck with the hunt for the Z4MC

Cheers..

Ha! Thanks for all the words of wisdom we went from an SLK 350 to a Z4. No comparison really. The SLK build quality and refinement is leagues ahead so I cant really blame her. I like it but want a peaceful life and am going to sell in the new year.

I have an immaculate Interlagos Z4MC, Black leather, Nav, PDC etc. 28.7k miles, FBMWSH..

Munich Legends are handling the sale on my behalf and will ensure that it's in top condition before collection.

That'll be a few of us with ///M Coupe's local if you get one, enough for a mini meet maybe?!

These two look like good deals if all the history checks out, if I hadn't just bought mine I'd be enquiring about them.

This one has recently been reduced 2k in the last week!

This one is low mileage but probably not been serviced regularly enough judging from the description

Or there's a couple of forum cars

Forum member 'Rye' was also looking to sell soon.

Good luck

It also had incomplete service history from memory.

I went to see that one in Tonbridge. To be fair it's a lovely looking car, in great cosmetic condition, nice interior. There is no paper work to suggest the CSL's are genuine (so let's presume they are not). It has an aftermarket exhaust (not sure of brand) which cost £650 when new. There is a fair amount of paperwork on it, but the last 2 services (inspection 2 and oil) were done at the selling dealer. The salesman gave me the story the chap is wealthy and is always in buying and selling cars from them so asks them to do the servicing.....I guess that could be true, who knows.

I saw it up at £18500 and he didn't want to move a bit....I bet he wished he taken my offer of £17.5k now....if you could get that for £16k with tax then it seems a good buy.

According to the description in the ad that car is sold now - deposit taken? Although I'm sure that's been there with the ad for a few days now.

Still looking myself but everything is a far distance from me. I've bought a car remotely in the past but a bit more risky than seeing and test driving although that car worked out fine.
Might even be tempted by an Si Coupe as I've owned one in the past and it was very, very good. I remember it being more noisy than the M at low to mid RPM's and (motorway speeds) and once the engine was fully run it sounded pretty good at high revs too.

Think there's a few more M's on ebay and autotrader that not seen on pistonheads

Have you checked the "how to spot fake CSLs" thread? From the photos they look to have all the tell-tale sigsn of genuine CSLs. Of course, there is a possibility that a manufacturer could have become very astute at "faking" CSLs, having all the correct stamps / markings, but there are so many out there who buy bad fakes, why would they bother?
