Hang another ball far left so it should coincide with left passager window. It works and takes some of the worry away......though I still wonder if the hooks holding up the 4 bicycles above my beautiful Z are screwed in properly......and my wife has 'joked' that she could move the ball back an inch or 6 !!![]()
Exactly the same as me - bit strip of wood bolted to the floor. Only problem is I gave the floor another coat of paint last year, painted over the strip of wood, and am now forever tripping over it whenever the Z4's out...cj10jeeper said:kipperonabike said:I have a budget solution.....hang a tennis ball from a piece of string so it touchs your windscreen an inch or two before the nose of your car makes contact with end wall of garage. I have a 2x2 wood rail fastened to the floor that when the tyre touches it the back end is just and inch inside the garage. Faultless every time![]()
