Seems I Need A New Gearbox Sump??

Well after BMW took my car in to fit a new flip up screen, they did the car inspection, and said I had a gearbox leak, they took it in today and inform me that they need to fit a new gearbox sump and gasket, all good as its under warranty, then they said I had a slightly seeping suspension on the front,!! waiting to hear if they will cover that under warranty, as apparently if its not an MOT failure they don't have to replace it??? wait and see what they say tomorrow
