Secret compartment?

Or maybe in the boot, for example underneath the carpet where the battery is sitting. Plenty of free space around there for smaller items to roll around ...

No the pesky rattle is still there, although in the search so far I found £1.43 in change and a cigarette lighter

The boot is empty, there were some coins in the battery well though but they were stuck

The door pockets are empty so nothing is rattling in there

I found the cigarette lighter under the passenger seat but that was stuck fast

I have checked the seat runners there was a 5p and 1p coin in there but they seam clear now, but the rattle is still there. When the weather gets better I am going to get the seats out anyway, the last owner was a smoker and the car still needs a really deep clean to try and get rid of the smell so I'll be able to check easier with the seats out of the way.

Thanks for the help so far guys!

Maybe go out with a passenger and get their perspective on where it's coming from? Also useful for putting a hand on suspect items to see if it stops

I always find it disconcerting when my passenger puts their hand on my suspect item!! :D

Wow, enough for dinner with 10 forumites (fish finger sandwiches :) )

I discovered a few years back that my annoying rattle was the passenger seat belt buckle presumably bouncing against the pillar.

Always have it plugged in regardless of whether there is a passenger present or not.......

There has been a development!

No more rattling when accelerating and breaking

Now it is left and right turns, ahhhhhh

Maybe something in your door?? If there has been any work done on them. Something could have been drooped in there???

Just a guess????
