Second week of ownership getting happier

Thank you for all the help with my previous post about my suspension being low.
i had the springs and shocks put back to standard this week and what a change in the car, it's now about two inches higher.
it was on HR springs
i could not be more pleased the ride is brilliant no banging no hitting speed bumps and when pushing on the car feels so much more stable and not prone to being thrown off line by bumpy roads.
Next month i plan on changing the disks out for brembos with new pads as i am not impressed with the way it stops.

A good result for the forum 'knowledge', and good to get the feedback from you OP.
I'm sure you'll get plenty of advice on the brakes too.

Good to know you are much happier with your car now OP - H & R springs do seem to be even lower than Eibachs.

I've never been disappointed with the brakes on any of my Zs, so it sounds like a refresh may be a good plan. :thumbsup:

Hi the brakes lack bite and the i am just not happy with how long it takes to stop. The car only did 2000 miles in the last two years so the pistons might be sticky and the disks are very scored they have gotten a bit better with use but i plan to drive it every day so want it working perfectly so i will change the pads and disks and possibly the callipers if i am still not happy after the disk swap. thank you for the reply :)
 
Glad you are more happy with it now! I plan on getting an 04 Z4 2.5 with in the next few weeks (60 days at most). Im 27 and it'll be my first car (I know I'm late to the party). I've always just used public transportation. Anyway, can't wait to snap my first picture and post it here!!!
