Second gear pops out

Hi, I been noticing a problem in my car, sometimes the second gear pops out by itself, first time i noticed i was down shifting and i tought i was going to fast for second gear but than later has happened right after i s**t from first to second, I've read it could be the bushings or transmission mounts i just hope i dont have to replace the transmission, has any one here had similar problem?

Yep, then it started grinding cogs & i got my money back on the car (30i e89) i was informed the syncros were damaged.
