Seatbelt adjusting

Hey guys,
I am 6ft 1 and find the seat belt cuts in to my neck. Since the seatbelt goes through the car seat I cannot see where/how this can be adjusted. Am I missing something?

I don't think there is, mine does the same, I just make sure I'm wearing something with a collar to tuck it under, only alternative is one of them covers you see with logo's on.
 
I suppose these don't look too bad if the other option is a painful neck :? . They reckon they can do any colour stitching as well to match the car

i was the same, bought plain black leather seatbelt pads off ebay no more hassle at all
