anyone upgraded there seats in there z4s ?
ive got a se with the black leather electric seats but they don't hold you in very good.
my old man has a 320d not even a sport but the seats are so much more supportive.
is there a cheap upgrade using seats out of other bmws or is aftermarket buckets the best bet?
ive seen z4 m seats which look nice but are far to expensive.
only problem ive had with buckets is you sometimes sit to high.

I think you have to be careful with other seats and the Z4's are narrower than say a 3 series' seats.

A couple of members on here have RX8 seats in the Zed's, which look really nice.

E46 seats fit but they sit too high really... Think a few people have put rx8 seats in and they look pretty good... I spotted some Crz seats for sale cheap they look like they would fit but don't know if anyone has tried

Don't bother with M seats-no more support or comfort and you will slide all over the cabin when you go round corners. I have been looking to change my driver seat and the rx8 idea may well be worth looking into.

I had standard SE sports seats same as yours, and found them very unsupportive and not very comfy on long drives so I swapped in a set of M Sports heated electric seats. I find the M Sports seats very supportive in the corners and very comfortable on long drives, I know that there's mixed opinion on here but I can't fault them
They aren't easy to find and nor are they cheap, plus fitting mine was a right pitta (my original seats weren't heated so I had to source a wiring loom and centre console). Here's the whole saga if you're interested:

+1 converted to them soon after purchasing and love them.
Don't forget that although expensive you can sell them on later for what you paid, so a good investment.

Can't remember seeing any pics of your P&J on here? How about putting some up or pointing me to them - I'd like to see it :)
