Seat Sagging

I've found a potential car for sale and it looks to be in good order overall, however the driver's seat is sagging somewhat (to be expected to a certain extent). Is there anything that can be done to remedy this? My previous coupe was lower miles and no sagging had occurred yet, so this is the first time I've dealt with it.

If you mean that the leather is sagging (not the actual structural base to the seat) then there is very little you can do. Someone mentioned setting a bowl of steaming water beneath the seat can tighten the leather, but once you have sat back in the seat a few times it reverts back. Others have attempted to recover them but that never looks good. Only way I can see is to swap for better ones or wait for another Zed.

That is what I mean - not awfully, but clearly there. Part and parcel of that age and usage I suppose.
 
When installing new leather, a heat gun is used to shrink the leather. This works on sagging leather also, but I suspect that your problem may be caused more by the foam collapsing. A hair dryer may not have a high enough temperature.

My Z3 had a large tear in the leather and I tried to remove the leather cover to patch it from inside but found the foam bonded to the leather and the frame, so I gave up.

If you need new foam, that's something an upholsterer should be able to do fo a reasonable charge.
 
Can't remember who it was, but someone posted fairly recently (a month or two ago) their full how to on seat refurb. Used a heat gun on the sagging leather with great results.

Yes I have heard of that too, but yet to try it.
