Anyone got a spare £4k for the best seat porn known to BMW’s?!

They are nice and do fit the Z4 well. The same base model (Recaro Sportster CS) is used in some Minis, RS Meganes/Clios, Focus RS, Lotus Evora etc, so you can often pick them up used on ebay. E.g. these for <£2k:

Not the absolute lightest, mind. I think they are about 15-18kg once you factor in the bases/rails.
 
Saw those on cutters before I ordered a pair of Pole Position ABE (for ~40% of that price).

Tried them in Demon Tweeks and they didn't seem to be that supportive for my body shape.

Now I’ve had a look I’ll have to try and forget about them. A) there’s no way on earth I can afford them. B) They aren’t a world away from the total value of the car :cry:
 
Same budget as I have just allocated for my next daily shed. Nice enough seat I guess. :)
 
No never worth that! Whoever has put them up is trying their luck. See them go on m3 forums for between £2-£3k depending on condition!

It’s the fact that u can retain the heated seats that makes me want them so much!!
 
The lotus evora seats look great! Anyone happen to know what/where I would find the base rails to fit them? Also how difficult is it to wire the heated function into these seats from my old ones?
