Seat belt needed.

I need the shoulder part of the seat belt. It is worn and frayed.
It's a safety issue. Do I buy new, used, or rebelt ?
 
I can't offer much advice on this other than, if you are forced to buy used, then think of importing from the UK as, assuming it's your driver's one frayed, that equates to the passenger one over here, which is less likely to be worn.
This is assuming they are indeed handed?
 
Thought about that... too. I found the belt new for what a used assembly is on eBay is listed for.
Not sure I should install this part or try to find a good OEM assembly.
