Seat back removal

Is there a dark art to remove the plastic/fabric rear of the seats; I've fitted a pair of heated seats, but the seat backs in my current seats are in far better condition?
 
2 plastic screw fittings at the bottom. Will probably fall off after removing those.

P.S I'm assuming you're talking about non M-sport seats.

Yes, standard flat-fronts came out, standard flat-fronts going back in... :-)
