My 03 2.5i is having issues....when I bought the car the seat back panel was broken on the bottom two hole spaces where the expander clips go. So I picked up a new panel and have issues with the top two L type brackets staying on. It seems to slip from the top seating of the panel every couple of days. The bottom is pushed up as high as it will go and the whole panel does "lock" in to where it's supposed to, just doesn't stay that way for very long.

usually only happens when someone has sat in it otherwise it doesn't fall out. Did consider putting clear silicon sealant onto the upper prongs this would probably keep it place but be easy to break away if you ever needed to get off?
My passenger seat is fine just my driverside very annoying
