Seat back keeps falling away from the seat

I did search for this but nothing came up.

My driver's seat back keeps falling off, revealing the horrible cardboard material on the inside of the cover! I hook it back on and push it in the direction of the hooks but a few hours later (probably after the vibrations of driving) it comes apart again.

Anyone know a solution to this problem? And I assume there is no way to move the seats forward like a hatchback car?
 
Slide the two tabs at the top of the back all the way up and there should be two self tapping screws at the bottom , one either side two secure the back in place
Perhaps they are missing but a very easy thing to replace
 
Same for me on both seats, on the sides there's two white clips they're meant to have a hook /catch on them, Prob snapped same as mine.

What kinds of seats are being discussed? I know flimper's will be Sport seats, which don't involve any white clips or self-tappers for keeping the seat back on. The back of Sport seats are held in place purely by the belt guide and long sections of plastic piping which are stitched into the seat cover and slot into a groove that runs around the edge of the plastic shell.
