Searching for gauge ring unit in km/h for my Z4M speedometer

I'm new to this forum and hope that a forum member can help me with my problem. I'm looking for a gauge ring in the scale unit km/h for my Z4M speedometer. One of you may have this part available. I would be happy if somebody could help me. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for the link. But I’ve meant the gauge ring and not the gauge faces.
