se or sport - se car with sport spec?

I know this topics most likely been covered in the past, but what are the main differences between an se and sport when looking at a 3.0 coupe?

if an se car has - xenons, nav, sport heated seats, m steering wheel, bluetooth, then will the only difference be some M suspension..? If yes then, does it really make that much difference?

there does not appear to be any 1 thing that determines whether a car is a sport or an se, an se car could have been spec'd with any options
 
I think that all 3litre se models came with sports suspension anyway, add in the m sport seats & there isn't really much difference between them.

The OP is talking about a face lift Coupe.

No face lift SE models came with Sports Suspension as standard.
 
Is there a definitive way to know if a vehicle is fitted with the M suspension? Visually or using a database of some sort
 
Great ill see what I can do. What is the comparison between the ride on standard suspension and M? I presume a harder ride with less role..?
 
Non M Sport suspension will be noticeable as the car will appear to be on stilts.

I would hazard a guess that one of the easiest ways to tell will be the roof lining. I doubt many will have gone for anthracite in the SE.
 
if so then my database shows:

288 se
1903 sport
589 M

this is not a million miles away from the previously used table
