SE base same as the sport?

the seat base no, the sport is more 'huggy' and have a retractable front part (if you look at pictures it's quite obvious, the SE is one piece)
but the rails and fixings are the same yes
 
The seat base the bit that bolts to the car. Weather electric or manual operation are the same. The seat the bit you sit on are different.

They are all interchangeable, the seat frames and upholstered sections. This means if you have electric, unheated se seats and buy a set of manual, heated shorts seats, you can easily make them into electric, heated sports seats and vice versa. Takes about 30 mins a seat to swap over.

When I did mine, the donor car had manual heated sports seats, and mine had electric, heated se ones. An hour and a half later I had electric heated sports in mine and the donor had manual, heated back in it.
