Have them take the wheels off and check the hidden inside rims of the alloys for cracks :(

Drive the car roof up and check for rattles.

If it's been raining check the rear clight clusters for moisture / condensation.

Check for wear on the drivers seat bolster, easily scuffed and make sure the tyres are good as mine were very low when i got to 18000 and they're not cheap :(

Bought my 2009 manual at 28k.
issues
1/ clunk from rear suspension, BMW couldn't cure, fixed self with aftermarket anti roll bar bushes.
2/ water in tail lights, fixed with sealant. Also look for cracks grazing around edge.
3/ had 3mm tread on 17 inch rft, handling crap changed to Goodyear normal.
4/ seat bolster, your ass will rub the poor quality finish off, well has on mine, Kansas beige, touched up with leather paint.
5/ seat belt rubs on seat over right or left shoulder.
6/ alloy corrosion in the inside where a tyre changers machine gripped the wheel so tight it penetrated the paint and caused the corrosion. Probably due to the effort required to remove tyres.

Previous owner had done on call back rear vents and had failed idrive display replaced. I had call back software security upgrade.

Various cabin and roof noises slowly cured.
