Scuttle Fastener Broke; ABS or Polypropylene?

Hello, I'm new to the Forum so please excuse me for any lack of protocol. I removed the scuttle from my E85 and of course broke a few of the plastic-welded stays/frames that hold the fastener. I'm hoping to glue the stay back onto the scuttle but I'm unsure of the scuttle material so I can use the proper glue. It's either ABS or Thermo plastic (polypropylene). Do you know (for sure) what it is?

J-B Weld has individual products/glues for these materials; you just have to use the right one for a lasting bond. Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

I just fixed 6 of the 8 brackets with glue specced for ABS.
Been holding fine for 2 weeks now.

If ABS it should be marked on it somewhere. If it is, glue it with MEK ( methyl ethyl ketone ) https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/104233/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=MEK link to buy on ebay. I would say, looking at your pictures that the fastenings were fixed on using heat. You could do it ( carefully ) with a soldering iron or the tool for Hotfix rhinestones which is more ideal if the lady in your life is a rhinestone sort of gal! or I suppose in this PC world you are :?

Thanks Chris D and Jl-c, for your recommendations. Unfortunately this scuttle does not indicate if it is ABS (or anything for that matter). I've seen ABS stamped on other plastic parts made in Mexico but not this US part. I tried contacting the fabricator here in the States but they appear to be out of business (gone). Btw, if my wife only knew they were rhinestones....
