Got home from the pub on Friday night to find the other half in tears, some scum bags had just put a brick through the windscreen of the Z4 and the rear screen of her Swift sport! then thrown the brick at the house, breaking the porch roof tiles and ran off down the street. :thumbsdown:

It has taotally ruined our weekend! cant believe my last two Lotus's have sat on the drive safely for 10 years.

looks like they have'nt done any panel damage luckily, although the cars are filthy and frosty so its hard to tell.

new glass getting fitted today,

Ive been ready to kil someone all weekend!!!!! :headbang:

Really feel for you, and completely empathise with your anger - glad to hear it's probably just window damage, but man - your house too ? I really don't underrstand what makes these people do things like that. They should be publicly flogged :thumbsdown: :thumbsdown:
 
rang the Police, hoping they would come round and look for the scum bags straight away, only to be told somebody would come round within 48 hours !!!!!!

Police rang back on Saturday and said somebody could come on Sunday.

not quite the rapid response I was hoping for!

luckily the Z4 screen took a few bashes but didnt go through, so the interior didnt get covered in glass, the Swift rear screen however wasnt so lucky.

at least ill get a new rain sensor with the new screen, the old one had a big bubble and was playing up.
 
At least you can turn a negative into a positive , I like your thinking mate. The problem with these little fxxxers today is that they don't give a shxt if you catch them they would love the chase and then probably pull a blade on you when confronted.bring back hanging or put them in the stocks and let us throw bricks at them, sure that would teach em aaaaarrrgggghhh. My pet hate mate. Lazy,fuxxwitted xxxxxxxxxx xxxx.
 
Have you done any of the following recently?
a) Cut down a tree on your property, or worse, your neighbour's property?
b) Played music late at night ... loudly
c) Mowed the lawn on Sunday morning
d) Reneged on a drug deal
e) Failed to pay your dues to the local mafia?
f) Driven over the neighbour's cat?
 
How angry and upset you must be, I do hope they catch them. :x I'm always considering CCTV, maybe worth looking into if feeling vulnerable.

i'm in the windscreen business and deal with customers on the phone and i feel quite sorry for 50% of them having their pride and joy treated like a piece of garbage

p.s make sure they fit a new top trim to Z4

That is seriously f**ked up.

I am never, ever going to understand that kind of behavior.
