Hi

So im gonna get some warranty stuff looked at and im wondering if I can have them replace some Interior pieces?

The reason? Well - they have been scuffed but not scratched and no matter what ive used to clean them, the marks dont come out - i have beige Interior

This is one bit

And then its the strip which goes over the sill

Cheers!
Jamie

It's down to wear & tear, so I can't see how they'd replace it for free!

Would you expect them to replace a seat if you spilt ink on it?

No, your right - but if i spilt water on them and wiped them up but it left a mark behind due to the water - then i might :fuelfire:

Well, why not try it on then.

But please remember to video their response for posterity

Not a chance its usuall wear and tear as said but if you do get result then well done have had a couple of great results under good will.

If you are successful with this, then let me know where it is as I've got 4 tyres with a little bit of 'wear & tear' on them

I used to have the beige, and I could always get the marks off.

My X5 has beige as well inside, there are some products out there that can get scuff marks off. Can you take a picture of how bad they are? Are they just the black shoe marks?

You got it - black show scuff marks- tell me what you used?

Depending on severity:

- AutoGlym Interior foam
- Scuff remover from Lakeland (softish block to be used on walls appearantly)
- Cif (Jif) if it is really bad ...
