is anyone else having scripting errors for the last few days when using the forum?

its happening on both my work PC's so not sure if its a work-based thing. more than likely to do with the add banner up there on the right

I'm having the same problem...can take up to 2 minutes to load a page then I get a pop up !! so annoying, usually go off and do something and come back then it's loaded, reminds me of the old dial up modem days !

Nothing has changed on the forum in quite some time so not sure what's going on. If anyone has any details of specific errors you are getting please email them to [email protected] and I'll take a look. As yet I haven't been able to replicate though.

my lab pc is quite slow, partly cos its s**t and partly due to me runnning shed loads of stuff.

im not getting any specific errors as such but what genereally seems to be happening in terms of watching the page load is i get the thread, it freezes then the ad at the top comes in (sometimes as it freezes) and then its the little cluster of facebook/search/g+/post reply buttons when it unfreezes

dont know if this helps at all.

this is the pop up i get :-

Do you want to stop running the script?

A script on this page of Internet Explorer is slow.
If it continues to run your computer may stop responding.

"YES" "NO"

Takes about 2 minutes to get this pop up once I click on yes it's OK, until the next page I try to open ?

this is on my Work laptop, must try it with my personal laptop and see

That's interesting, I might disable those and see if it helps, not sure how useful they are anyway.

Thanks for the feedback guys

fixed mine...
Disabled script debugging (Internet Explorer) all OK now but there must be some thing different going on, never had to do this before ?

I too have had scripting errors most of this week. I went to check this earlier today and if I remember is was line 123 where the problem lay. Curiously at 13.30 5th July all is now well. Problem only happened on IE8. FF and Chrome are okay. Afraid IE8 is now showing its age.
