Scratches on New 108's Wheels

Thanks, CJ. I have no choice but have to get the dealer to fix the mess. I bought a clear lacquer top-up stick from Halfords to paint the scratches. Just hope the fitter will be more careful this time. :(

Do what I did and tell the dealer you will be doing a full inspection before you leave and if you are not happy about the condition of the wheels you will want them replaced.

Totally agree - it's straight back to the dealer and speak to the service manager and of course not touch the wheels yourself at all. Let him see the stupidity and damage and I'm sure he'll get on with bringing everything to perfect standard.

Tyres and wheels are now fitted properly :) , after the technican peeled off 10mm long of side sill panel near the black jacking point when using trolley jack. :( They just don't care about customers' properties. I start wondering why keeping expensive motor if it is not being well looked after by the garage. :headbang:

From now on, do I have to ask Service Adviser to agree the condition of my car, panel by panel, inside out, before they start working on it? Any additional damages when the car is collected are then caused by them.

Not sure if Ferrari, Aston Martin, Bentley dealers will have extremely high standard of service? So these sort of things will never happen with them.
