Scratch removal on glass

Hi everyone
Im sorting all the little imperfections on my 58 coupe, and one of them is scratches on both driver and passenger door glass, made by grit in the seals and the windows up & down motion
Im wondering if anyone has used a product like this ??

And what were the results, good bad indifferent?

Polishing scratches out of glass is incredibly time consuming and difficult.
Satisfactory results on a piece of glass the size of a car window might take many (10 or more) hours of hard work.

I personally wouldn't even attempt it. I would sooner replace the glass considering how easy that is on a zed.

Sorry to be so far against the idea, but I cannot express enough how much of a pain in the backside it would be. Especially on a vertical piece of glass; If you attempt it, atleast remove the glass from the car to stop grinding paste ending up in the seals.
