Been noticing a scraping noise from the front end when the wheel was on full lock and i was reversing..

Thought i would whip the wheel off to see if stones or something was stuck in the disk Only to discover this

Dont know how that has happened..........

Probably a daft question but does anyone have one of these for sale

Oops :o

Not sure if you can get these separately from the arch liner, but if there is a part number on it then ask your dealer - if you can get it then it will be a few quid mate. Unfortunately I don't have a spare...

On the ///M bumper the brake cooling duct ends in the wheel arch and attaches to the arch liner with the same (crappy) clips. My offside one would rub when reversing up inclines on full left lock. Fortunately, that the cooling duct extends to the front of the bumper has prevented it pulling out in the way that yours has. I've tried multiple times to adjust it to prevent it rubbing, but to no avail. Yesterday I gave it some proper orthopaedic therapy with a large leather-faced mallet and it seems to have done the trick.

I know that isn't much use to you, but if the other side rubs even a little, it may go the same way. A little gentle persuasion may nip it in the bud :D

What sits behind it? Do you need to replace it? I presume it allows access to the back of the fog light and keeps water out?

it gives access to the foglights and also keep the eater out... i probabably only need the clip... guess its off to the stealer to see if i can get a replacement

Do you know why it was pulled open to start with? If it's rubbing then a replacement clip may go the same way as the original, so worth checking once you've fixed it

Maybe The Eater pulled it open to get to the tasty wires hidden behind :P

If it's anything like mine, it doesn't keep much water out... :(
