I scraped one of my 108's yesterday, right on the rim of the wheel for about a third of the circumference. Also took a bit of a lump out of the protruding rim part of the run-flat tyre. Is the wheel an easy diy fix? or is it a specialist jobby? Gutted!

Post a phot or describe the extent of the scrape on the rm.
In general if it's scatched you can sand, polish and laquer it. If deep or gouged then specilaist refurb to weld, machine and refinish

Depending on how badly damaged may be cheaper to source a clean ebay one then get it professionally refurbed.
Or in my case after i curbed 2 of my wheels within 2 weeks of owning my car - taken it to BMW to complain about the corrosion and they are replacing all 4 of them even the curbed ones under the warranty
