Only if i get to take the bride,, you can have the Groom

LOL TAZ,
That was the weirdest thing, as we all pulled into the carpark you would think it had been rehearsed, I was last in and watched them go in and each one reverse in in turn every one leaving 1 space between, Obviously all been victims of car park door dinks in the past

Shhh....don't tell em its all this extra space we have in scotland we always park like that......

Yesterday coming down loch tay ( after it had stopped raining) ...reminded me that open top car owning in scotland is nirvana.....

Please take note as well all you gentlemen,
My car is nearest to camera, notice the gap i left so my Good lady wife did not have to step out on to wet Grass,,,, Just a big puddle instead.

Hey!

Had a great day yesterday - great people, great roads and fabulous cars :D

We both especially enjoyed the dukes pass - fast and fabulous! Think there may be a driver/passenger swap next time we do that one tho :D

Shame the sun did not shine like it was this morning as i drove to work al fresco! Never mind - am sure the summer BBQ/drive will be sunnier?!

Thanks for organising yesterday Ally, much appreciated.

P.s We did enjoy the fish tailing too - we are still laughing!

Pffft, women's feet dry, Z doors don't heal... let her get soggy I say ;)

mattg, have to say, your sterling coupe with the CSLs (they're CSLs, right?) looks superb... sits really well
Really wasn't a fan of those wheels, until I saw your car... now I'm thinking I want some!

mattg's Z4MC is perfect in my opinion - nothing I'd change on the car if it was mine. Apart from chopping the roof off, I enjoy top down driving too much :P

Is it just my imagination, or does my Z4 (silver 3.0i roadster pre-facelift) run a lot more rear camber than other Z4's? Apparently it's exactly 2.5deg neg on each side, but it certainly looks like quite a bit in the photos...

Looks fine to me........ But then again i have no idea what you just asked :?

Both the coupes were lovely, had never really had a good look at one till yesterday, I think they have a certain "poise" when moving almost elegant yet menacing.

And a11y, please don't take this the wrong way but i did like your knob, I know you told me that i can just pull mine off But i tried again tonight, I don't know why as i don't have anything to replace it with, But no matter how hard i tried it wouldn't come off, But there is that thought at the back of my head when trying to pull it off that if i Break it I don't have another one, so maybe not really trying for fear of damge to my own knob. :?

Totally agree, I hadn't seen many moving until the Wales meet... and they really do have a certain presence when on the move. Very nice indeed.

Still prefer my top down motoring though ;)

... agreed on the move the coupes look fantastic followed mattg's yesterday and it looks stunning ... but i would miss my hood down motoring too much ...... pity there was never a targa....

Just a few pics from me - was a crap day for it with the weather!

I've ordered better weather for our next meet so I promise to take more then :D
