Had a good trip up to Scotland today. Roof down all the way. Stopped off at a couple if spots on Hadrians Wall and had look at Caerlaverock Castle.
Weather looks dry for tomorrow as well. :driving:

Sounds nice Brian,wish I could have joined you but I was working all day,until after 7pm,and not even had time to wash it,as was knackered by the time I got home.

Thanks for a fantastic drive out today. Some fantastic driving and great scenery made it a great day. Sorry I didn’t stop long at the end, had to dash to get to my hotel in Carlisle.

Yes it sure is. It's on my doorstep,can be seen dry many many times throughout the year. It was a bit misty/sea haze on Sunday,over the sea,so not as good a view as you normally get

Yes,they sure are some great roads.
Any time you want to drive them with someone again ,just let me know. Never tire of driving those roads. Some of the lesser used back roads are a joy to drive and in reasonable condition,in the main.

That was our last toilet stop,and we were parked all in separate bits,as the empty spaces were dotted about everywhere,lol.

Ailsa Craig,Arran,Millport,etc etc,all a stone's throw from my house, figuratively speaking, lol.
Spoilt for choice,for that, lovely coastal views,and Plenty of very good,mainly traffic free, Driving roads,both in Ayrshire and in Dumfries and Galloway/South West.
