Scottish meets,2021

Looking forward to next year,given the hope that things improve with time,
Here are some meets myself and Swiftly are planning for 2021.

1.Sunday,14th March....Dumfries area and beyond. A 1 day meet,to enjoy some of the lovely roads in D&G,with some fellow z4 forum members,with designated Toilet/Comfort stops,as well as A Lunch stop.
(This will be depending upon what local covid measures/restrictions are in place at the time). But,as with most UK places to eat,they have covid measures in place.

2. Sunday 18th April,2021
Scottish & English borders run,Kielder Forrest/Northumbria area,or thereabouts.
A 1 day drive/meet based on a Run Jaxx/Adam/PaulG did years ago,that myself and others still on here were on,and which was very good. Not been done for a while, so here it is :driving:

3. Sunday 9th May meet,another 1 day Drive, Dukes Pass & more : :driving:

4.Skyefall run 21, Sunday ? June 2nd weekend


4. Sunday, last weekend in September 2021(date TBC asap)..... Ayrshire/ Scottish borders,down to Portpatrick. A1-day meet.
The opposite part of a run that some fellow Scottish members did years ago,and that We did as part of my Moffat/Dumfries and Galloway runs over the years too.
This is the west coast side of Southern Scotland,heading to Portpatrick area.


Both One day meets/Drives,with the option of 2 if enough interest.
Again,let me know if you're interested.

Obviously,we will have to see how things pan out re Pandemic,etc. But hopefully these will be able to get done.

Waiting to see when others are having their meets,such as Attilio and his Irish Atlantic run
Plus Simon and Jays Wales meet,as I don't want to clash,as hoping to attend both of those,dates and funds allowing .

Will set a date before too long, though they are one day meets,so easier to organise.
Hopefully coronavirus situation has improved by then :D

Will keep things updated, when we know more about ongoing/future lockdown restrictions.
As this may impact things??

A tentative yes from me please. It’s all jab dependant I suppose.
I will book accommodation and make a long weekend of your efforts :thumbsup:

Okay,no worries.
I will get this finalised soon,and get exact dates,etc up in the coming weeks.
