I left home on Friday afternoon and returned Monday afternoon covering a total of 1200 miles. It really was one of the best road trips I have ever done and re-enforced my view that Scotland of one my favourite places in the world.
The big Lambo stole the show wherever we went; everyone loved it . If you ever want to know what it's like to be invisible, go for a drive with a Murcielago, and no body will notice you. It's like turning up to a party with David Beckham
Fantastic guys, one of the best photo threads I have seen. Lots of bits of Scotland I recognise and quite few left me guessing. I must get back up to the top edge of Scotland again, it has been a few years.......Oh and shiney things as well
Makes me miss Scotland even more. I'm sure I've driven on most of those roads at some point over the years having done many cruises, especially up the west coast.
It's the thing I miss most about Scotland, the fantastic scenery, lovely roads and no traffic. In the South East you don't really get that.
Its inspiring me to get off my arse and plan a few drives in the Z4. I was supposed to be doing a drive up north in a few weekends time with another forum, but I'm working instead. Luckily being based 20mins south of Stirling means I can access a lot of sweet roads easily...
How about a Z4-forum national meet to visit Scotland
The Murcie suits you Dave! Shame it'll need a £54267357868721 service after it's 1200 mile roadtrip. Got to love them though, where would the world be if we don't priase the Italians and their totally un-PC car building!
