Also, i see from some of your other posts u are from Stirling area....might be worth dropping MefiEcosse a pm as he is also from there, and will be travelling down on the Morning, as most of us will be (from all over).
You could maybe arrange to travel down at the same time?

Happy to meet up with anyone travelling down in the morning, I'm a regular visitor to where we will be meeting and can promise a decent road trip on the way down. We'd need to to meeting somewhere just off Edinburgh bypass around 7:15am  :driving:

Wilky,pm sent.....are you still coming to this, and if so,have you placed your Lunch order?

Hope to see you there, cheers :driving:

So just arrived at the starting point ready for tomorrow to save an ungodly wake up time and lo and behold my hotel is directly opposite the finishing stage to a Scottish Rally event 😀

The first photo is of the services entry in defenders!! One of the organisers said they always prop up the back of the pack but are some of the most committed and are great to watch as they wrestle with the outclassed machinery.

We headed up to Glasgow yesterday teatime and have been tourists for the day but just made it too our B&B. It's going to be an arduous 4min journy to the start in the morning :D .

See you all in the morning.

Sorry guys was on route and these s*dding codes are back and left my phone in the house. Am sure I must be jinxed on one of your meets Craig. Back to the garage I go tomorrow. :headbang:

Just got back home, roof down all the way. Weather a bit nicer in the North East than we had round the borders.

Thanks Craig for a fantastic day out. Roads were great, pity about the two spats of rain we had.

Cheers Brian, good to see you mate, and I can't believe that it was your first Scottish meet
Thanks for making the journey up.
Glad you had a good drive home :driving:

I got back home a 5.30,roof down after Stathaven,as it was dry and 17.5 c all the way home.
Looks like Ayrshire had it better than the borders too.
Was only 12/14c,but we got the roofs down most of the time :D

Was a great day all the same, and thanks to everyone who came, from all over, much appreciated  :driving:

Got home at 19:30. Cup of tea and feet up now though :)

Great days driving on new roads for me again. The last two meets have been great in that respect. Again thanks to Craig for putting the time in and organising.

The last run to Moffat from Selkirk was the best for me but we were really lucky with almost no traffic all day. :driving:

I didn't really notice the few showers!! :D

Not got many pics but here they are.
