Scotland Z4 meet - Sun 30th October 2011!

Nice meet today guys.. well done a11y...

Visit Galashields ... its well worth a visit..... even if unintentionally .....

loved the roads coming out of Moffat along the Loch... so much i continued.....

Looks like I missed a good day out, and lots of new faces to, hope it's not the last time for many of them.
Certainly beats my having to work today, never mind soon be Christmas.

Great drive out yesterday folks. Nice to have new faces appearing too as well as the usuals. Hope the route wasn't too narrow/rough: the condition of the surface along the St Marys Loch road was worse than I remember!

Sorry I had to run off at the end but unbelieveably we actually made it back in perfect time for my sister's match...

(and hope all is OK afer your "chat" bigbusa)

Will take a while to upload mine. 3 miles from the nearest exchange means 0.5mb broadband speeds :headbang:
That makes me happier with mine - I moan about 1.5mb/s a couple of miles from the exchange :) At least we can usually watch iplayer etc. 0.5mb must be a struggle.

The route was really good Ally, some fantastic roads that I'd happily drive again. Could've easily had more photo-stops as there was some quite nice scenery (at one point a good shot with the mist/clouds below us). The only bit I found ropey was that section through the trees were the leaves had fallen at the sides of the road. Driving down the middle was find but when I had to move aside for an incoming car I had a heart in mouth moment! I really need to get the tyre situation sorted before the next meet!

Was impressed how long the group did stay together, the run through Livi & Forth worked well. Along the side of St Mary's Loch the caravan driving down the middle of the narrow road didn't help me keep up though.

Sounds like another Good meet, Like Richard sorry to have missed it, Back home now after an absolutly fanatastic 18 days in the USA, drove over 1500 miles whilst there, but none of them in a Zed :(

Next planned USA holiday in 2014 .....Route 66.... 8) 8) 8)

Thanks Ally,for organising a great meet/drive.

Was a great day,driving routes,etc(even the weather was ok,mostly),and good to meet u guys/girls.
Here's to the next one :D :driving:

Nice runs guys! The hardtop for the roadsters looks horrible though! Soft top looks far far nicer.

Au contraire - makes them look much more like a coupe :sweetheart: Matching collars and cuffs

Better late than never - just been too busy in the evenings to sort my photos out. That plus my 0.3mbps upload speed don't help matters...

gutted to have missed this. :(

Looks like the weather turned out good and it's always impressive to see loads of cars together. Hopefully I'll make the next one.

Hummm...all in the eye of the beholder.

Roadster looks nice top down and vastly better with rag top! I say a Boxster with a similar hard top conversion, also looked naff!

I agree the Hardtop is not the most flattering thing in the world but it doesn't look that bad.
Plus it keeps the fabric roof in good nick when the car sits idle for months on end outside at this time of year.
Some great photos by all involved.
