SBS Eclipse anyone?

Has anyone had their car serviced at SBS Eclipse in Barking, Essex?

They quoted the following:

£145 + VAT for oil service
£65 + VAT for brake fluid and coolant change (£35 for only brake fluid)
£60 + VAT for diagnostics - they said I'd need to do this if I wanted the key re-programming.

Do they sound reasonable? Anyone know of the place?

I used to deal with Sid, the proprietor, when I used to work in the car ttrade: prices seem good, and he knows his stuff. but Barking area is a bit ropey and he always seems a bit edgy - that said lots of people in the area swear by him !
