Interesting. The doors look to be a different colour to the addendums but that's a pretty nice makeover. Makes you wonder why BMW never offered it as an estate.

Looks great doesn't it :) similar conversion done here with description of work carried out , not for the weekend enthusiast

That is awesome. If BMW made one of these I would definitely have to invest. More attractive than the sedan too.

Woah... Thats well impressive! Wonder if it has the full works like the silver one.. Interior and engine?

IIRC there are about 160 RHD E61 M5's so pretty rare!

It would be interesting to see how many M3 tourers they would sell if it was mated to x-drive because lack of 4WD is the only reason I can think of why the M5 tourer sold in such low numbers.

The car in the pictures was extremely professionally done. Regrettably I didn't look at the interior but the car was immaculate and I agree it looks great.

Sorry, should have commented on the pics too

Agree, it looks great... Can't help thinking that the ///M division might have done something slightly different with the rear... But not sure what :?

Not sure why anyone would spend the extra uplift on an M5, I could not tell the difference at first, then I noticed the 4 tailpipes although on reflection it's probably a company car.

If you're spending that kind of money the car should stand out not be virtually indistinguishable from the basic car which sells for a fraction of the price ?

Why would it " probably be a company car " ?
All i see is a car that has had some serious work carried out , the flared wheel arches / the front & rear bumpers / exhausts/bonnet bump & vents /wheels
I'd say it was doing a pretty decent job of distinguishing itself from a basic car

He needs his exhaust tips cleaning though! I think bmw would have done alright if they had put this into production & it's surprising how many people have converted them into tourings.

Your dog would need a travel sickness tablet before every journey :driving:

I'm afraid you have the better of me, not knowing the model range I thought it was a standard M5, arches and all :-? :)

Not at all , just wondered how it identified itself as a company car ? and not trying to be clever or obnoxious but its actually a 3 tourer  not a 5
anyhow what's with the Z pic ? The 991 was a fine bit of eye candy for the german car nuts on here

.........." just wondered how it identified itself as a company car ? and not trying to be clever or obnoxious but its actually a 3 tourer  not a 5"..----------..Just shows how much I know about the 3/5 series  I thought most cars like that were c/cars, now it you want to ask me about the 2015 Mclaren P13 or the 2015 R8 I'm your man  :)

After my last post I decided to put the pic back up because the 991S will be for sale this time next year and I want to sell it whilst there is a years warranty left. :)
