So I was in and around DC and VA yesterday today and I finally spotted my first E85 [roadster] over in the US in Tysons VA -they seem to be rare here fro some reason
Still not seen a coupe yet
Did they export most them all to Europe ?
Lots of 3 series and X5 BMWs though
Am in Annapolis MD tonight and then Phillie and King of Prussia PA tomorrow and Cherry Hill NJ on Monday - so maybe better luck there with spotting
Nice and warm here actually which makes a nice change but thunder storms forecast for weekend in DC

From what I had seen. When I started driving my Z4 awhile back till now I'd say in total iv seen around 5 different Z4's all together. That's not including the times iv seen the same ones on other days. That's been about a 3 year time span? But your right, their are many 3 series and X5 in the states. I don't believe I have ever seen an S drive or a coupe now that i think about it... :tumbleweed:

I'm in DC and have three lol...

But yes, they are rare in DC. There aren't many places to drive them around there. I'm originally from Tennessee, where rolling hills are the norm, and off camber and increasing/decreasing radius turns are everywhere. Driving is a whole lot more engaging.
