SatNav Retrofit Kit

If anybody is interested I found this retrofit kit on ebay, all you would need is the loom from main delaer at around £60, and GPS aerial for around a tenner.

DAMN IT why is it in UK?!

i can never find an entire NAv system in US auction... and the DVD drive unit is so hard to come by

Does that matter? I bought some of the parts I needed in the US so I am sure it works the other way around as well.

Hi There,

This is my first post to the forum ... I am the "lucky" bidder on this ebay item ... I have 2005 3.0i and couldn't pass up on a good deal. It will take a week or more of the unit to be shipped across the pond and by then I hope to have learned how to install this ... not to mention getting up the nerve to ripsaw into my dash.

Any help anyone out there can provide is greatly appreciated ... in the end I might be accepting offers.

Im new to the forum and admittadly had my z4 for a little while now but really feel it would be beneficial if i had the navigation in my car. Does anyone have any idea where i could get this lot from? (other than from a dealer, the price is enough to make you cry!)
