I'm looking at buying a full kit to retro fit sat nav on the Z (04, 3.0 roadster), been looking on eBay for ages now and can never source the parts for a reasonable price (it's been mentioned by a few that it can be done for £600 ish with second hand bits). Anyway, came across a kit and I'm wondering if I'll have a problem with the dreaded DSP setup in the car?
The kit as Mk4 computer, MP3 compat head unit, will this cause a problem?
Forgetting about the hole in the dash for a moment, how easy are these things to wire with DSP? Anythink else I need to be wary of?
Once in I can properly sort the iPod with Intravee (with a analogue converter), plenty of time on my hands and the weather is rubbish so the satnav fit has jumped the queue!
