Has anybody had their E89 sat nav upgraded by BMW and if so what sort of money do they charge?
 
Assuming you mean updating the maps, I was in my dealership a couple of weeks back and there was a sign on the desk saying map updates were £109 (inc. labour). I asked if I could buy the map without the labour and the answer was "yes, it'll be £109"...
 
I believe mine get updated through the teleservices but I'm not 100% sure. For £109 though I'll have slightly out of date maps!
 
£109????? It's handy when you've got a captive market! I've used non BMW upgrades on an older car before but feel uneasy doing so on the E89. Mine is a 2010 version so could be quite out of date for France but will probably rely on my phone for road changes now!
