Sat Nav?

I have posted in the how to section but need a quick reply.

I am looking to retrofit Sat Nav but the parts are very expensive. I have found a cheap Business Navigation System unit and wondered if it can be fixed to a MK IV DVD unit and screen and provide the same functionality as a Professional Navigation System setup?

Also looms are not available from BMW anymore, so ource one of those before you buy anything else.
