Sat nav screen

The sat nav screen on my 2012 car has just stopped going up and down . Has anyone ever had this problem, or knows of any fixes .

Sorted disconnected the battery and reconnected hey presto the screen works again phew

I used to occasionally get a blank red screen on my previous E89 which would go away simply by switching the engine off and back on. Worried the hell out of me.

No probs so far with my current zed.

I experienced the red screen in the middle of nowhere when relying on my sat nav a few weeks ago, wouldn't come back on whatever I tried. Next morning all was good, common issue I'm led to believe with the iDrive on the Z4
