Not been on here for a while due to one thing and another, mad busy at work and GF borrowing my laptop for months lol, hope everyone is well!
Right I have a small (possibly major) problem with the sat nav screen on my e86 coupe, basically I was driving along earlier tonight and suddenly the screen went into 4:3 aspect size (black lines down each edge) and started to flicker! The navigation display is still on the screen and located by GPS, so the sat nav is working, and you can use the screen to scroll through phone book etc, so it is working just not displaying correctly. I then pulled over and switched the car off, the screen went black but continued to flicker and didn't fold down even after the key was removed!
I continued my journey, with it flickering, and again it stayed on black and flickering after the key was removed and locked up when I arrived!
Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? Or how to solve this one?
Sorry I've posted this in here and not the problem section, my thinking was more people would see it as I assume if it doesn't sort itself out I'm going to have a flat battery very soon!
